Video Effects (intro, outro, text added)

I have 8 movie clips that I need very basic modifications and text added to it. I also need a nice animation intro and outro. The intro will be introducing a moving tip. Each video will have this segment. All will say "Moving Tip" and then below that the individual title or tip for the video. Then for the outro, I just need a cool little logo animation done with my logo to close out the clip. I will need the text in the demo videos changed to my company info and url. I bought all 8 of these stock videos, they are all the same in how they are done: [login to view URL] So, to re-cap, I need a cool little text animation intro with "Moving Tip" and the text of the individual moving tip that video covers added to each video clip. Then, I need the frame before the url to be changed to a quick text list of my moving services and then the url changed. Then I need one logo animation made to be added to all the outros.
