For this price I can build and allow you to test a working application in three days (assuming the interface is as simple as you have described). However, the Alexa approval process can take a 3-4 days after the app is finished and we can’t control that. You will have to decide how to host the completed code. For no additional cost I’ll host your skill on my server for two years (assuming less than 1000 visits per month). If it gets more traffic than that, we can negotiate some pretty inexpensive terms. If you want it loaded onto your own server, I would have to charge you by the hour to load it onto a server you designate - not included in this cost.
