Hi, We are a new E-commerce company based in the UK and now seeking long-term Virtual Assistant for eBay/Amazon/Etsy account and shop management. Flexible working hours, full time or part time. Hello, I have been doing similar works for some time, however, I do not know Chinese. My current project: Replying to customer emails (Tracking details, Refund/cancellation, Exchange product etc) using Zendesk for a UK based company/online store which is based on Shopify. Also provided support to their FB & IG messages/queries. My responsibility also includes managing a small team along with their 5 stores and inventory management plus communicating with supplier in China via s-k-y--p-e as well. 1. Yes - mentioned above 2. I know i can handle the upcoming challenges for this job. 1. sorry , i don't have any experiece regarding this type of work 2. I know how to edit in photoshop 3. I am ok with daily task that you guys are going to provide, and i think i can do upto 6 hrs a day as you need. I was able to get a crash course about e-commerce and was able to apply it to my side hustle as a social media optimizer. 2. Yes, I'm a graphic designer and know some software for picture editing, photo enhancement and background removal. 3. 8 hours a day is okay with me and I don't see time differences will be problem. 4. To be honest, working as a VA is not a problem as long as I would be able to manage my time well even when I'm at home. 5.
