Hi we have a need for a client facing email reply assistant. we get frequent emails re late/slow delivery. you will review email, check order and tracking and reply. Objective is to reduce client chargebacks (as they thing order is lost). This will be only 2-3 hours per week. we need some VA help to prepare our label printing files for the warehouse. It involved downloading shopify orders then processing theme though our xls macros and then uploading out put to our postal printing service. Then downloading the label PDFs and placing them into a cloud drive. It takes me about 30 minutes. We do it 3 times a week, so it will be only 2 hours. so we need only +- 5 hours a week but this will grow as we hand you more. you need excellent english, experience with client emails, be familiar with excel (as a user), rest we can teach you. thanks mike

Hi Mike, I understand the fear of a business related to chargebacks, from my experience working with a Shopify store. As this role will handle the stage where customer thinks that their order is lost. Someone needs to be there for the equivalent of literally taking the customers in the warm arms. I mean handling them with empathy and according to the tracking, letting them know that they will get their order and there is no need to worry a chargeback isn't needed even remotely. The label printing process seems to be simple and once I am on it, I will be doing it in a loop every week without any mistakes. I can handle it wide variety of tasks and I am trainable for the others if required. - I have my experience from Uber as an e-mail customer support representative, and I have experience maintaining excel sheets.
