Duties and Responsibilities:
— Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
— Interact with potential candidates on professional networks
— Maintaining a smooth on boarding process
— Creating clear and concise reports
— Carrying out necessary administrative duties
— Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Requirements and Qualifications:
— Proven work experience as an HR Manager or Technical Recruiter
— Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques

Your Responsibilities
●Coordinate and conduct interviews
●Video interview the candidates that you think are a fit for the role
●Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
●Ensure all procured profiles are added to the resume database on Company ATS
●Screen applications and conduct the first round of interviews
● Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
