I am looking for a virtual assistant in my timezone (Singapore) who can help me with the following: - Managing my calendar - Plan/coordinate meetings/travel - Booking hotels/restaurants - Submit/sample audit & approve expense claims - Manage deadlines Budget is up for discussion so please let me know what you price is. This project will be an hourly project and is required on an ongoing basis. I'm looking for someone who is deadline driven, very proactive, and familiar or at least has some basic knowledge about Office365 (eg Outlook, OneDrive, PowerPoint, SharePoints etc), Microsoft Stream, Confluence/Jira and Slack

Good day. I just saw your job post and I am interested in helping you with VA tasks and I am pretty much flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do. I am based in the Philippines thus we exactly have the same timezone. I have previously worked on several VA projects and I am familiar working with word, excel, powerpoint, managing calendar/s, made hotel reservations and purchased travel tickets online, managed website through wordpress, did web research, have used dropbox, google drive, slack, discord, zoom and done some other tasks requested by client from time to time. I am also very particular with time, accomplishing tasks before the deadline and I value trust & keep work/personal matters private between me & client. In any case that you will require me to do a specific job which I need to learn first, I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training me and I will try to figure things out by myself whenever possible.
