Being in the Real Estate Business requires a lot of work and I'm sure your looking for a trustworthy, hardworking, disciplined, smart assistant. By doing that, let me just share you some tips to find the right one. First, you need to have an assistant that has passion on what he/she is doing, by doing that, you can assure that their will be no "boring time" when she works on the project. Second, he/she must be available almost all the time, that means he will be on the line 24/7 because especially in Real Estate business it's so challenging that you have to monitor every second of your work to accomplish certain task.
