Hi! I am fluent in both Arabic and English language. I am experienced in social media moderation and customer care through various communication channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Reamaze...and others. I make my own templates to respond to customers. Also, I am very familiar with Shopify and orders fulfilling. I make spreadsheets to keep track of orders details or things that need to be modified/rectified (Sometimes a customer requests to modify the address or changes something about the order). I can send up to 40 emails daily because I keep Gmail app always handy so that I can respond to customers in a timely manner because this gives a good impression on the business/company. I can also provide weekly reports and collaborate with supervisors to come up with ideas to improve the business or to solve certain issues.
