We are looking for a PART-TIME (20-30 hours a week) Virtual Assistant/Admin Support person. You will act as a receptionist (receiving and making phone calls) to ensure customer satisfaction. Responding to emails and entering leads into CRM. Creating necessary documents and providing general assistance to the manager. Please read requirements before responding: -Flexible Availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (-7 GMT). -Reliable internet connection -Well spoken and written English -You must provide a voice message sample so we can determine your level of communication -You must be available for an interview via video chat (!)
