We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant / Communications Specialist who has excellent communication skills and a good understanding of the technology industry and startups. Your primary responsibility will be to utilize the marketing resources of our startup to reach out to potential clients and organizations and secure meetings for our team to introduce our startup to them. We have pre written communications and information for you use - however, being able to write persuasive communications would be helpful. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outreach to potential clients using our startup's materials and resources Utilize a list of links and contacts provided by our team to reach out and schedule meetings Maintain accurate records of outreach and meeting scheduling on a Google sheet Collaborate with our team to ensure that messaging and communication are aligned with our startup's goals and values Requirements: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and persuasiveness Strong understanding of the technology industry and startup landscape (elearning, youtube, videos, content) Ability to effectively communicate our startup's mission and vision to potential clients Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Marketing understanding Proficiency in English grammar and syntax If you are a motivated self-starter who is passionate about the intersection of technology and business, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
