• Book customers’ appointments and make follow up through google voice by sending messages.

• Manage files in electronic forms using applications such as Google Spreadsheets and Goggles Docs
• Handle database building duties such as updating email or contact lists
• Gathering leads and creates the showing list, Lead list, Waiting list.
• Answer support tickets to resolve customers’ problems and provide additional information
