Hello! I want to apply for this virtual assistant post where the role is mainly on customer service. I have worked with a call center company and was a customer service representative for 2 years. During those years, I have assisted customers through phone call regarding their bills (explanation), communicate and get feedback from them regarding the products they purchased from us, assisted customers about their basic phone technical issues, and even assisted customers with corporate escalations. I have also worked as an analyst for more than 6 years and that job trained me with admin tasks.
