Need a talented Voice Actress for many projects for an artist

I am looking for a talented female Voice Actress to help sell prints of paintings with Social Media video ads. Please send me a sample of your voice in your proposal, along with a paragraph on why you'd be perfect for this. I'm looking for someone smart that can also take on minor strategy work for social media ads, as it relates to your voice acting. Depending on your skills, other work may be available. I'm looking for someone with a beautiful voice, who is smart enough to tell me why certain words will convert better. I could get poetic about it but that's basically it. If it works out then this could be very long term work. The artist has hundreds of artworks that all need the same treatment. Here is the first assignment, it will be longer with a Call-To-Action: The water is clear and the air still, the swaying of branches stopped, if only for a moment.
