I have 25 years of experience in broadcasting and Customer Service, Virtual assistance, and social media management to Asian, British, and English Arabic customers. I was mainly trained in the tri-media in the Philippines for 10 years and in Uae for another 10 years.
I can provide voice-overs, quality phone skills, e-mail, ticket, and any customer service and virtual admin support. I am in my persona to please an audience much more a customer. Communication is like breathing and I truly believe in not just understanding customers' needs but also in pleasing them voraciously to reach quality customer satisfaction. In the course of my decades of experience as a Broadcaster leaning into the community services and Customer service that goes with it, I have enhanced and developed skills in paramount levels that boost the quality of customer service that I offer. Some such are patience, diligence, articulateness, pleasant attitude, time management, compassion, composure, celerity, and command.
