I am writing to apply for the position of Virtual Assistant. I possess 3 years of experience as a VA customer service and more than 5 years as a administrative assistant.
Some of the services I provide include document preparation maintaining files, and record keeping, internet research, phone calls, quotes, intakes, data entry, follow ups with customers and service providers. I also worked as a technical support agent for MSN, helping customers with installations, troubleshooting internet issues, setting up dial-up connections.
I am a fast learner and enjoy trying new apps that will make my job efficient. Detail oriented and organized.
