why not rent a free cloud server and make a script run on it for certain intervals ? for example 1 or 2 times a day , script will go through all the data and build the database. there will be then two options, 1) purge the database each day and recreate it for updation (takes little more time) 2) check for changes in database and change accordingly (takes more server resources)

Hello restretch1, I think you need some automation along with scraping. You'll have a panel/dashboard to see all details of the domains. Behind the scenes, the scraper will login and fetch them at any interval (you set it). It will store the data in a local database for easy and faster access. I've done a lot of scraper and also even business driven on scrapers. Like, I made a complete SMS gateway using several scrapers of service provider that dont have API.
