Hello Sir I've experience in scraping telegram. I do this with the help of python library 'Telethon' and telegram API. I can easily get any data you want from any channel with this API. I can create a bot for you. I can even host that with the help of flask in my server so that it becomes user friendly and you can scrape any channel wherever you want, anytime you want.
