Help with Recruitment - Need LinkedIn Profiles 2

I need help sourcing 50-100 LinkedIn profiles of people who match certain criteria I specify. I only need help to find the profiles, not to actually contact or try to hire the people. So ultimately I just need a list of URLs.
For example, I'm looking for people who:
- Have not worked at company X in the past.
- Are not working at company X now.
- Live within 100 miles of X zip code in USA.
- Seniority is middle
- Skills contains any of the following keywords: X, Y, Z
- I'll give you example LinkedIn profiles of people who represent the type of person I'm looking for
Details will be specified upon hiring.
Output of the job is a spreadsheet with these columns:
- LinkedIn profile URL
- First name
- Last name
- Current company
I plan on hiring 2+ people for the job, and then if things go well, I have at least 2 similar jobs like this.
Please specify in your bid if you have access to LinkedIn Recruiter or other tools that would allow you to have access to profiles another person might not. I would ideally like to choose people by the end of this weekend for the job.
