Depending on the project's details I'd be able to tell more about the possible outcome. I have a 5-year customer support experience so it wouldn't be a problem adapting to the needs you have. Could provide support examples. I always base my replies on various communication attributes such as tone, business coaching, empowerment, active listening, context gathering etc.
