A virtual assistant is needed. The primary responsibility of this position would be hunting for high-quality and reliable (punctuality and ability to paraphrase and rewrite are the most valued attributes) proofreaders or editors. We also prefer you're in a time zone that is close to ours (GMT+8, Beijing time). I hope you understand that we cannot communicate very well with you if you're in a far-away time zone.
The company is really on a budget currently, and we're trying our best to make things better for all of us. See, e-commerce is a big hard way to go, and that's what we're doing. You pay will start from $10 for every candidate who passes the test and cooperate with us successfully 3 times. This is because we've encountered some unreliable candidates who bailed us on some important projects and there were consequences. Bonuses are also available if you're really doing a good job. If these candidates fail to be punctual or fail to do proofreading/editing. You will not be paid for these candidates.
Okay more about this position. We need you to have a lot of time every day (well, it can also depend on how efficient you're; we'll talk about it later. ) and respond promptly (if you're in a close time zone, that's easy, too), to help us hunt for proofreaders and editors. The workflow would be you post a job or whatever (when you're about to post a project, please let us know, we want to make sure that the ad can be effective) on freelancer platforms and find candidates, assign them the test (we can give you the test document) and pass on their test results to us. We'll assess these test results.
