573386 Small web site update/cosmetic makover (repost)

I have an old and very small (only 5 pages!) web site that is in need of a cosmetic make over and update. Content has recently been updated, although I am open to suggestions to enhance the content as well. View the current site at [login to view URL] Although this is a B2B web site I would be happy to look at design suggestions to enhance with social media links. Main requirements are (using existing text content); 1) Update the look and feel of the site to make it more modern and user friendly. 2) Look and feel needs to be oriented to a business target market (Australia). 3) Re-design must be regular HTML based (not CMS / Wordpress / Joomla). 4) Hosting is Linux/Apache based, one PHP script is used for processing an enquiry form, ideally this should be retained. 5) Re-design must be SEO friendly. 6) Would need to retain current company logo. 7) Would need to be supplied all files so I can take over maintenance. 8) All copyright and intellectual property rights to transfer from the developer to us upon completion. 9) Optional – Need some SEO/SEM work done on this when its up! Please state if you can do this and what is included or excluded from your quoted price. 10) Requires one additonal 'Subscribe to our Newsletter' form on home page to post data to an existing install of PHPList (no additonal back processing/coding needed, we will provide required form posting field and hidden tag details) Please respond with samples of work on other B2B oriented sites. This would be a small and easy task for an experienced web designer but if all goes well it could be the basis of further work.
