Web security firm, website layout and logo

Greetings, I am looking for a talented individual to design a website for a "Web Security / consultancy Firm" that provides audit, penetration testing, and software products and services, to its customers. The firm is named Zy-Core Security, or just Zy-Core, the provider is required to create a hightech kick-ass logo incoorporating the company name as well as the website layout. You can use other sites in the business as inspiration but i require a unique layout in a hightech style, no templating job it has to be unique. The webdesign should be done in Xhtml,css and should be accessible in both internet explorer and mozilla. I require a main layout, with menu items such as "Penetration Testing" "Products" "Services" "About Us" etc. see other sites in the industry for inspiration. Apart from the front page and the general layout i require style sheet definitions of form fields, headings, etc. so I am able to extend the site myself. (I am fluent in xhtml, css etc. but the design part is my weak point, so i need a design i can build on). I am looking forward to hearing from you.
