I will shortly introduce our company, explain the issues and I will walk you through the mock-up .

We are a men clothing shop bases in Amsterdam founded in 2006. Currently we have two stores. One with tailor made suits and one with ready to wear suites besides that we have accessories.
A year ago we started with a Magento webshop. Past year a developer restyled our website unfortunately she was not a Magento designer so she couldn't redesign the webshop.
From that moment the shop is offline.
Issues:
- The design of the webshop should equal the website in style, I made a mock up from the homepage. See attachment and next section.
- I removed the search function, should be back on the site.
- The system needs an upgrade, its currently running on 1.7.02 -> latest version
- The site is a bit slow, sow speeding up the site with a cache plug-in or something else what speeds up the site. Its running on a Magento server but it’s still slow.
Mock up:
I hope the mock-up is clear, but to be sure I will walk you through. The categories should go to the header besides that a dropdown menu with the service tools( wish list, log-in etc) next to that the
shopping cart. A slider beneath the header moving down a big search bar. Under the search bar new products in a slider, social icons under it an finally a footer menu.
