Need from 1 to 3 sites

I need 3 sites. (it's total amount, but I need at first to see your work - at first you'll create just 1 website) Requirements: 1) You offer me a layout (web design of the site) - You create web-design of the site. It should be your own work not just a free template 2) You create logo for the site 3) you create template (as a separate file - it can be installed as a template in a fresh installed Joomla 3 without any problems and errors) 4) Joomla should be updated from one joomla 3.* to higher 3.* without any problems 5) All should be work on Joomla 3 6) There should be cloud tag I need to see examples of your work - show them (it's mandatory) Show me the price just for 1 web-site.
