Convertir una plantilla de una web

Hi guys, We are looking for a web designer/developer who convert some web elements we have in PSD/jpg to be inserted into a Wordpress theme for a music website. We just need somebody who can translate that design from Photoshop to the final online look, with some interactions. We will provide assets for: - Menu: a grungy textured music menu (the website is basically about bands) with some hover effects (colours maybe). Also the template has a upper menu room we don't want to be there anymore. - Flag: we installed WPML language plugin and we need some customisation. It'd need to be a fancy, again grungy style. The plugin is also acting a bit funny in terms of translations so it may be another approach to think about. - Social Media icons: some designed icons in a different position. - Buttons, widgets to be customised. - Mailchimp newsletter plugin that has to be in a certain way. - Play around with a form (background colours are not the best at the moment). - Customise Youtube insert (remove the frame) or Upload and customise a video. - Maybe design a Flash banner - Anything else we can think during the process. Deadline: 2 days after providing the final PSD file. Thanks.
