Wordpress theme modifications needed

Looking for assistance building a wordpress website design business. Site will use existing templates from sites like Studiopress, Woothemes, themeforest and others per your recommendation to create sample sites across various industry verticals. Tasks needed are for contractor to propose and modify templates at a basic label so that they represent the particular vertical ie Restaurants, contractors etc. First phase of the project will require approximately 3 different samples for each of 7 - 10 verticals. A mixture of static and flash WP themes will be needed. Contractor will be expected to - source appropriate graphics for particular verticals. - edit some sample text, footers, php code to brand the templates to my design site. Note that the entire template will not need to be modified. Just key pages to demonstrate capability and sell the web building service. - configure plugins to properly demonstrate template capability - assist with integrating the demo pages into the master sales site.
