I need the code (HTML + CSS + JavaScript) for two navigation bars to integrate in the web design I am working on. see attached 2 pdf files for rules, colours, sizes...

full width (responsive), with Home icon at the left (black on white background in a square space) then 7 links evenly spaced out with a white separator. On Mouse hover, the colours are reversed and drop down appears on one link. Compatible with IE11.
