I want a good approximate cost of making a web site over mysql, and something for interface, maybe java or any other way (easier - better), to coordinate a meditators proyect, wich objective is world's peace through meditation.
The objective is, through a theory called "Morphologic field", to have some kind of meditators over a special meditation guided by a mp3 audio, to get 9,000 simultaneous meditators, 24 hours a day, 365 days. As meditators will be doing an important work for humanity and giving their time to it, they have to be paid for their services, getting a compromise in both directions. (Humanity pays 1 million of millions of dlls for military and police weapons, each year)
This site needs next capabilities:
* Can operate internet donations of most of banks in the world
* Can operate payments and subscriptions
* 100 million possible donators
* 1 mensual donation each
* 80,000 meditators data and their bank accounts
* 8,000 groups, 11 meditators each.
* administrative personel data (about 100 in different countries)
* It has to be able to receive meditators activity data from a cell phone or tablet to the central database
* Register of meditators and the group activity via a group representative, that is, they will communicate the place and hours of meditators as they meditate in real time, is one or more begins, he will send to the database that they are working, if one goes to bathroom or retires, he will register. It has to be a simple graphical interface who helps register meditation activity of groups along the world.
* duplicated or mirrored database
* Handle of money locally on each country except for a little administrative quota who would be deposited in a central account in México
* As an important and permanent report on main page, is the graphics and number of active meditators.
* Once reached the umbral, Automatically sends Alarm via whatsapp or text msg for maybe 2,000 group representatives (the ones on day side) each X time who I will determine interactively, if the quantity of meditators is going down near the needed umbral (9,000)
* It has to be possible to reasign rich countries funds to pour countries to support meditators
* Assign automatically the available money proportionally to the representative of groups, giving preference to pour countries, expressed this as Work International Organization data for real salaries in different countries.
* It has to carry the elementary business accounting, and transparently show some basic reports
* Has available the model of contracts for volunteer, representative of group, administrative or donator (once or subscription)
* Some antivirus protection
* SSL for money transactions unless it is plugged to a system who has it
* Apache servers, preferently all program with open source tools.
* Good anti-fraud security
I've seen that there are some companies, alternatives to paypal, who can offer the service of transfering funds in better conditions than this company, so I don't want to operate with them.
