Build an Online Store with advanced Pricing Calculation

This project is for two versions. (1) Normal Left to right design (2) Right to left (RTL) design for Arabic. (Arabic translation is not needed in the project). Am posting this project once again to make it pretty clear to all bidders as am very serious into this work. The Project includes two stages: 1. Designing - Complete UI designing (except logo) of the front end and back end 2. Development - Programming Am looking for a custom made 'Online Store' with an advanced 'Pricing calculation / adjustment' feature. Along with the said feature, am looking for an attractive and innovative user interphase. (Please find the attached video). The site should include all common features not limited to 1. SEO features 2. Social login 3. Responsive design 4. Online payment gateway integration 5. OTP confirmation for Cash on delivery orders 6. Advertising locations within the site 7. Fast loading (home page loading speed should be less than 10 seconds). and other related features... Pricing adjustments are offered to encourage users to buy more items at once and to purchase items that are located in the same distribution center, thus making the purchases less expensive for the company to collect and ship. As users add items to their virtual shopping cart, they are encouraged to select additional items using pricing incentives. Pricing options are also offered during the check-out process, such as having the user opt out of the ability to return merchandise for free in exchange for a reduced price. The project includes a matching admin section for website admins & vendors. (at various levels) Please find the attached video for a quick reference.
