Build a Travel Wedsite with API Technology

We are looking for a highly experienced IT company that can build a dynamic website for our travel company. You will need to be able to build a website that is mobile-friendly. The website will be a combination of two websites we have identified and indicated in the attached document.
The selected company will need to have experience in using the Tourplan API as all rates for the website will come out of Tourplan and as such will provide real-time rates. We have no plans to provide real-time bookings or real-time availability at this stage and are only looking for real-time pricing for accommodation and activities.
Please go through the brief in detail before you place a bid. Automatic bids will not be entertained. I am also wanting a link for ONLY 2 of the best travel sites that you have designed. We are not looking for a template design as you will see by the brief and this requires a company that can combine technology with a dynamic and responsive design. A CMS will be required to allow us to edit and manage the site once handed over.
Preference will be given to a company that proves that they are able to read the instructions and understand what is required by providing the 2 examples I have asked for. Preference will also be given to the companies that have experience in Tourplan API and as such the two examples should be examples of the Tourplan API in work.
