Build me a website

Hello! my name is Yoav and I am from Israel, I need help with a project I'm having I need a "course-learning" website. I don't need a domain for it, don't really need it to work for now, but just looking stable as a prototype. I need it to be a website that you sign up for, and have some of your personal data in. I need it to look fresh and catchy to the eye for all ages. [login to view URL] ^ This is a good example. I need some tabs inside the website: * "School Subjects" tab - it should have a list of all the subjects known to school (Math, English, Native language, Native history, Native religion, Native politics, Native literature, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Electronics, Art, Geography) with pictures resembeling these subjects and that linked to the specific subject page. ** "Progress" tab - the idea is that every subject will have a progress, which means that if you are starting math, you start at "Math I", when you finish it at a specific stated grade, you unlock "Math II", and so on. If someone want to start "Physics I" it says "You need to pass Math III and English II to unlock Physics I" for example (if it's possible for you to keep the website open to editing and I will write inside all the "little letters") In progress tab you should see what you started, what you finished, and in percentage how much you finished in every subject you started *** "Forum" tab - it should have a forum topic for every subject, and for every subject it will have "little topics" like "Math II unit 3 - exercise 28", or "Biology I - technical problems", or "Literature III - have an idea you want to share?" Those specific quotes I gave will be also accessible through the specific subject forums. **** "about us + contact us" tab - for every technical problem or questions. I'm adding an unfinished idea of how the progress tab should look, of course i want it to look more real and modern, and I need this progress chart flow for every subject (but I'm not good with designs). I need it to have some logic inside it (like we said with pyhsics, that you have to finish the 3rd level of math to start the 1st level of physics, and of course to unlock physics 2 you need to pass the required grade in the 1st part). Call the website (put it in the home screen) "F.E.F.E - Free Education For Everyone" and under it "Learn your path" Add under it or somewhere in the home screen a quote (​“The beautiful thing about learning is nobody can take it away from you.” -B.B King) and a picture I also uploaded (with the cartoon guy) if I choose "Math I" in the subject tab for example, inside I need to have specific tabs: an introduction, the course itself, specific forum, specific progress (all the small tests inside the course), Syllabus, contact. inside the "course" tab there need to be (like in the link i sent, just open a specific course and see) lessons, like, lesson 1, in which when they open the tab they see "1.1 what is math?", "1.2 how do we use it in our daily life?", "1.3 Multiplication and division", "1.7 The number line" etc... (also here, if you can keep it open for me to edit what is written inside and just take care of the template it will be great) inside each lesson i need also tabs (with "Next" button available to jump to the next tab in the lesson), in those tabs there should be option to videos, texts, and exercises. I'm adding other picture i found that might be nice blended somewhere in the website If other designing ideas has come up to your mind, please share them with me, i'm open for suggestions, thanks :)
