Build Me A Website

I own a cleaning company and I am in need of someone to build me very professional working website. I will need it allow customers to book on line, possibly give a rough estimate online, I would like it to help generate leads, offer a subscription type of service or offer something for free to get them to sign up, I will need it to be tied into my social media accounts, tied into my google accounts so all my reviews come together to give a better score. I want good pictures that show off our work, be very clean and fresh looking and descriptions to be very professional sounding, I would like for a form to be emailed to who ever visits my site doing a follow up on what services they may be interested in as well as send reminders of scheduled appointments and then another text and or email sent after the job is done to ask how they liked it and if they will leave a review with the link to that review right their for them to access. i need to be able to manage this website in the end on my own and change or add things as we go also want to keep up with who and when visit my site, I also want to entergrade a small store to sale some cleaning and organizing tools and supplies for customers. I also need my website to stay at the top of the game to stand out on google through all search engines. I have a small budget so if you can do this please let me know. You must have at least 1 ex of another website done for another company for me to hire
