Name of the company: Approva for Medical Review Company that has an application and website to review medical insurance service bills. The revision will be done by consultants doctors in all specialties. The concept is to assess if this request is accepted medically and by agreement (code) provided by insurance company. The details will be as the following: • Need 3 accounts. -Supervisor Account (we as Approva) - Medical insurance company representatives Account -Consultants (doctors) Account • Details of work flow: First, medical service will be requested by the clinic, then the clinic will formulate a bill to insurance company. Here there are details to inform you, each company has their roles regarding how much the bill cost that need review first, also each company has their role and agreement regarding which medical services should covered. So, when the bill is sent to medical insurance company staff, he will decide to upload it into our application for review according to their roles, so upload should include additional attachment for their roles to let the doctor read it before decide. Moreover, the time needed to review the bill should be less than 60 minutes starting from upload the bill. For each doctor after review the bill, there will be tow choices (approved, or not approved), if not approved, he should mention the reasons. After the decision has been made, it will go back to medical insurance company. Moreover, each request should has number, and should linked it to the one who has made change on it (either medical insurance company representative or our doctor). For example, a doctor account will view all of his assessments arranges by time. The request before uploaded, it should mention which specialty is concern, so when uploaded, the notification will go to doctor accounts who has the same specialty (like uber), the first accept will earn the review. Specialties: Internal medicine, Family medicine, Anesthesia, Ob/Gyne, Pediatrics, Emergency medicine, General surgery, ENT, Urology, Physical medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Nephrology, Vascular surgery, Orthopedic, Plastic surgery, Dermatology, Psychiatry, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Cardiac surgery, Thoracic surgery, Interventional radiology, Gastroenterology, Oral and maxillofacial surgery, Neurology, Oncology.
