Creative Website Designer Needed

Hello, I manage many different projects and need a designer who's style matches mine: Clean, Modern, Simple, Creative. I need someone who has a passion for creating amazing looking website designs. Someone who is a seasoned web artist with following skills: - Modern Website Layouts - Bootstrap Design - Graphic Design (Logos, Design Elements, Photo Retouching/Enhancing/Manipulation) - Responsive CSS (to work in all devices) - User Friendly Design - Being Consistent with Font and Colors. Matching Colors - Marketing Experience --- Knowing which colors and fonts work best - Dedicated - Willing to do what it takes to make client happy, being proactive to know what clients want For now, I need someone to help me finish up my current projects. But later, I will have you do mock up designs for me, and then complete web site designs for a fixed price. So for now, let's agree on an hourly rate. You need to have the ability to understand requests and communicate well with clients about design requirements and requests.
