Design a Javascript animation for a landing page

Hi! I am looking for an experienced freelancer who can create a lightweight javascript animation for my login/registration landing page. There is a "[login to view URL]" attachment about what I looking for. The landing page's URL will be send to the winner of this project. The layout of the landing page must not be changed only the background. I am particularly looking for the "waves" maybe with some extra little sailing or other types of boats on it. The animation can contain other objects or human figure. There is also an attachment called "main_brandcolor_scheme" those are the official colors what you must use. (Supporting colors can be variants of white and black) This page should represent transparency, creativity and should focus on the individual member in the "massive mass of waves". The site main focus is to create a community where members will partake a percentage from the overall profit as a reward as their contribution. (Likes, posts, invites)
