Stage 1: Design and Create a Style and Branding Guide to cover at least:

a. Brand Story

b. Logo Guidelines

c. Brand Color Pallet

d. Typography hierarchy

e. Brand Voice

f. Imagery and iconography

Need to provide us with visual brand consistency for our company and all future projects, especially those listed below. Will need to modernize and update our brand and look.

Stage 2: Migrate Data from CMS to SharePoint including reusable template design and creation

a. Creation of templates

b. Create site hierarchy

c. Migrate data from current CMS to SharePoint

We want to move our 'intranet' from a sign in required portion of our current website, to a new SharePoint site created using the style guide visual branding guidelines (created in stage 1)

This will require re-creating and optimising the site structure, creating reusable page templates, and mostly copying text across from the existing site.

We would also require the appropriate sharing permissions to be set up to enable access for our team – both internal and external.

See attached PDF’s for current site tree and for some examples of the data that would need copying across.

Stage 3: Design and build new WordPress website using DIVI (or similar) theme

a. Must be elegant, clean, modern, professional

b. Easy to edit including layout, text, images

c. Simple navigation

d. Must use style guide to ensure consistent visual branding

e. Simplify current site tree

f. Integrate social media into website

We will work with you to simplify the site tree, and to decide on what content to keep and copy from our current site, and what pages may need creating.

We require our new site to be clean and modern. These are some examples of modern, clean, attention grabbing and easy to navigate sites that we could take some ideas from for a new Active Ed site.

Stage 4: Design and Update office stationery and templates to meet style guide and branding

a. Email signatures

b. Letterhead

c. Business cards

d. Car Door Magnets

e. Uniform design and logo set up

Stage 5: Design and Update Marketing Materials to meet style guide and branding

a. Update of current digital brochures and flyers (7 brochures of approximately 6 pages each)

b. Creation of marketing templates for future use (based on current brochures)

c. Templates to be created in Canva

Stage 6: potential future projects that you could be involved in

a. Social media

a. Collateral

b. Plan

b. SEO

c. Marketing Plan

d. Further ongoing content creation and marketing material
