Design a Simple Three Panel Web Template

We want a web template made (HTML, CSS, and JS) for a web app we are building. We are using a unique web development platform, called Anvil, that uses drop zones for us to fill in content. This means the template needs to provide the structure of the site and styling, but the content itself will be created by us. I've attached our mockups from Balsamiq that should give you a general idea of our web app. We need the following: - An overall "look" and color scheme (we are very open on this). - A two panel page template (see [login to view URL]) - A three panel page (see [login to view URL]) The content of the pages and the panels will be created by us. You should include the appropriate drop zones where needed. Styling should also be created for elements as appropriate. We will be happy to help give information on how Anvil works with custom templates.
