Develop mobile version and Fix existing front end issues

Hi Everyone, I am looking for an experienced Photoshop expert front-end developer to fix HTML and Javascript related issues of my website [login to view URL] and develop a separate layout for the mobile version as the separate design of the mobile version is ready. However, you will be responsible to make the desktop version also fully responsible for all the screen sizes and pixels. You can review the current version of the website at [login to view URL] and you can find my review of the existing website screenshots at this link: [login to view URL] Existing latest HTML files can be found on this link: [login to view URL] You can check all the design files for the desktop and mobile version including JEPGs and PSDs here on this link: [login to view URL] Existing version of the website doesn't have any loading screen but you would see in the mobile version JPEGs how loading screen will work and the same way would work with the desktop but with the navbar. We will further discuss the loading screen also once rest of the job is completed I am looking for the pixel perfect design as per my JPEG and PSD files, HTML has to look 100% like my JPEGs, 99.99% won't be acceptable in any case.
