Electronic health record sharing system will provide an user or patient with different kind of facilities in an automated version rather than spending their time to look for doctors with specialization they require and set appointments with them, it will also provide them timely information about their treatment,
medicines, doctors, bills etc.
Web pages would be as follows:-
1)User’s page:
In this page, an user can register himself/herself or can directly login if he/she has already created an account. Each user will have an unique id. User can fill up his/her general information as well as information for ongoing treatments/surgeries, previous treatments/surgeries, medications, allergies and upload reports, prescriptions and bills.
User can also make appointments for different doctors available at different health care centers by shortlisting the doctors based on their specialty.
2) Doctor’s page:
Doctors will also have unique ids. They will have their own login/registration page. They will have their speciality. Doctors can access user’s records and also add prescriptions to the user’s records in an automated way rather than writing it on paper.
3) Administrator's page:
the administrator would be able to add/remove doctor, manage appointments, send notifications to the users as well as the doctors for the appointment.
