Embed chart into squarespace website

Hello all,
I've almost completed my Squarespace website, I just need a developer to embed a java-lite multi series line chart onto the front page. So long as the freelancer is familiar with HTML, JavaScript and JSON, this task should be fairly straight forward.
Tasks are as follows, also see detailed screenshot attached:
1. Please understand vega-lite and how to embed within a Squarespace website. Vega-lite description and examples found here: [login to view URL]
2. I will send you the JSON spec, HTML file, CSV file (containing data to be displayed by the chart), which contain the code necessary to embed and display the chart.
3. The chart must fit neatly in the area described. Please see attached screenshot for further details.
4. The chart must retain all interactivity while users mouse over text and assets, and while users scroll up and down.
