Html5 3d animation (responsive layers of images, css and .mp4)

For new website html5 animation (responsive layers of images and mp4) is required. Inspired by [login to view URL] homepage. Grafic mix of scetch and 3d rendering with animation. Layout with background and 3 parts (layer for headermenu and bottom not included): background part of overall grafic with buildings (small modern office buildings) 1 part - hand holding smarphone device, visible screen with application (hybrid iphone and android) 1 part - space for teaser text and link. 1 part - one major small office building with view into entrance floor, 1st floor with meeting room, 2nd floor with office, kitchen/lounge and sanitary/sink cabinet and mirrors. Animation: Animated android device screen, animated office people, one person (female or male) animated - walking into building looking around and entering something into mobile device, walking in 1st floor and walking in 2nd floor,looking around and entering something into mobile device.
