We can go with Wordpress for that option to get good SEO and all features as required now. For making multivendor we can user WCMP plugin or dokan paid plugin to manage feature of number's store. or we can set up all king payment for the seller, user and also we can make hot deals and wallet system for giving cash-back. We can also manage the coupon card system and create the coupon from admin :). Any reference for design if you selected or other assets?
