NO MONEY "GIVE n TAKE" APP to facilitate donations in "KIND"

I would like to get an APP built and host it to facilitate the concept of GIVE what you have and TAKE what you need. It can be one way also where a Philanthropist always DONATES while a needy person always TAKES. We have so many unused gadgets due to "Upgradation" in our daily lives like TVs, Refrigerators, Clothes, News papers Shoes, Old Vehicles etc which we would like to donate when a new one is bought. My idea is to build a WebApp to build the activity along with a website to monitor the different players and STOCK of articles collected and Logistic operators to help move the items from one place to other (Somebody like GATI Transporters- who may pitch in as their CSR) and some REPAIRING houses to repair the articles or clothes collected to make them usable once again by the needy like Old age homes, Charitables houses, Orphanages, Rural below poweverty people etc. THERE IS NO MoNEY INVOLVED in this at any stage. We are only a SMALL PART of a big Nationwide / Worldwide initiative to RECOLATE the USEFUL things "from whom they are not needed any more to them who need them most"
