We need someone who is good with managing team of people with good understanding of how we can have a good organic reach + proper paid advertising campaigns and product research skills. We are want to create multiple Shopify drop shipping stores.
Below are some points we wrote by which team will be managed. Feel free to edit / add / remove anything and give us insight of how you can help us.
1. Products
1- think of a niche
2- choose products
3- Find supplier / import products
A- ASK SUPPLIER FOR MTID****
4- Create a clean professional product page
5- Uniform product images (IMPORTANT!!!)
6- Accurate product descriptions
7- Find other products to "upsell" with
2. Online Store / Appearance
1- Clean professional look
2- 2 primary colours
3- Homepage, clear introduction to shop showing content and product categories
4- More menu's categories, about us, featured items ect (Not just 1/2 options on menu
5- Banner's and offer's (FOMO) Fear of missing out
6- NO CLUTTER.
Apps to use with Shopify - (Does kind of depend per store but there are some major ones)
1-Google, tiktok, facebook, pinterest, Etsy
2- Judgeme review/ loox product- Competitors
3- ( Giftbox, , skip to checkout )
4- Find / suggest different solutions to solve so an app can be found
Example - Geo location/Translation/Currency convert
Example - Resize all images to the same size
Find prods to make it more of a complete shop? for which shop theres only like 3 prods?
or sort pixels then other way :D lol
other than making the socials and linking its shitty design stuff and workflow
3. Marketing ( Emails / abandon carts / getting email leads ect )
1- Automation Emails - klaviyo
2- Create different landing pages / creatives for different products
3-Social media ( fb, pinterest , google ect)
Facebook, FACEBOOK PIXEL FIRST AND FORMOST! Create page and groups, interact with people, post cat content, share content, share products, run ads
Instagram - Reels, Posts, keep interactions in the niche, follow other people in niche, post on others, explore hashtags, test different hashtags, post links on bio of stores.
Tik tok - Posting semi relevant content, videos of cats, make irrelevent things about cats, post regularly, post trending sounds if possible, explore different hashtags and test properly.
