I am looking to build an online booking and payment solution for courses/events. I would like the booking process and payment gateway to be customized with custom options and pricing. Additionally, it is important to me that this platform is integrated with additional existing systems or platforms. If you have experience in designing similar solutions, I would be interested in hearing more about your experience and what you can offer. More Detail: I run a 1-1 coaching business. Clients do 10 week courses with 1 hour 1-1 session every week at the same day and time. After visiting the website people book into consultations or sign up for email campaigns. At the end of this process, they want to join a course. I then have to enter into a long discussion with them to find a day and time that suits both their availability and mine. If this is done via email then it can take too long. After agreeing a day and time to meet every week for 10 weeks, I send them an invoice to lock in their preference with a 10% deposit. The remaining 90% will be paid in 3 monthly instalments beginning af the course start date. i.e. If they book on 28th may to start their course on 28th June, then they will pay 10% on the 28th and then the first of three instalments will be due on the 28th June. Solution I want this whole process to be automated. Client clicks ‘book now’ from website or email. They select a day and time that is available for the next 10 weeks according to my calendar. They select payment option (whole amount or instalments). They pay the deposit. Zoom invitations are sent out and added to my calendar. Email automation is triggered. Invoices are sent monthly for the remaining instalments and money is automatically deducted from their account. Current complications: On Calendly there is no way for a client choose a day and time that will repeat weekly for 10 weeks or to pay a deposit and then be billed later as described. Systems currently being used: Wordpress website Calendly Zoom Mailchimp Square
