Squarespace - Homepage Banner Image/Text Coding

IMPORTANT: I will ignore bids with notes that include info unrelated to this work and bids with formulaic notes. You must completely understand the work that needs to be completed. I hired a freelancer on here who was not able to complete the work I needed, so I'm looking for another freelancer to finish their incomplete work. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1. The Homepage Banner Background Image quality needs to be fixed. For some reason it's lower quality than it was originally. I have image files for replacement. 2. The Homepage Banner Background should be Full-Screen with correct Parallax. Image should move with scroll, right now it doesn't. I have example site to show how it should be. The Homepage Banner Background Image should be responsive like it was originally (for mobile, tablet), the previous freelancer's alterations made it non-responsive. 3. I need the Homepage banner text, to have the word "Better" stay static, and then next to it have words fade-in and out one-by-one... "Connected", "Screening", "Candidates", "Performance". The previous freelancer completed the animation but did not list the words one-by-one, instead they put them together which is incorrect. Depending on if it's simple enough for you to do, it would be nice to have the Homepage Banner Text animation be responsive as well (for mobile, tablet).
