I have a website that needs a total re-design and no Templates a real website that is designed. The site [login to view URL] is a draft, but most images and text are 100% correct we just need to tweak everything and make it look professional, so I am looking for a very good designer who has 5-star feedback and has completed over 95% of their projects. I am also looking for a long-term freelancer that have a proven track record. I will need to see previous designs and proof that you did, in fact, do the work and not simply sending me links to sites that other people built that is now commonplace on freelancer. I would prefer someone who designed a telehealth or medical site, but this is not a must. The site when completed will be linked to a 3rd party supplier that will complete making site functional. Right now I am after design only and tweaking current site so looks good. Please find project specs attached and the successful freelancer will have full cpanel access. The site will be uploaded to a new domain. Any questions PM me and I have been a member here since 2006 almost 12 years with perfect employer feedback.
