We have a new website that has just been built. We feel that it has not been built to best practice, and it is running slowly. Requirements: 1. Ability to identify, recommend & implement website improvements 2. Expertise in the software platforms we are using 3. Expertise in the integration of the software platforms we are using Website: [login to view URL] Step 1: Website needs to be thoroughly checked. Problems or opportunities for improvements need to be identified & reported back to us with a quote to have work done. Eg. - Design, structure etc needs to be checked - Integrations need to be checked - Loading speed needs to be improved - Fonts needs to be consistent - Pictures need to be optimised? (This might have been done) - Do we need to change our Hosting Plan? - etc Step 2: Implement improvements (from Step 1) Step 3:Additional Tasks? - SEO - Integration with Kajabi? - Gallery plugin for pictures? - Automate client welcome emails? (There are three Welcome emails that Clients receive) - Format & upload videos Software being used with website - Wordpress - Elegant Themes? - Divitheme? - WP Rocket - WooCommerce - Stripe - Partially - ZOHO CRM - ZOHO documents - Mailchimp - ZOOM - GoDaddy - (Kajabi: We are just starting to set up our eMarketing & eLearning in Kajabi. Kajabi will need to be integrated with business website) - (Acuity) Timeframe: Now. Future: The opportunity exists for ongoing work. (The website will need continual changes, updates with content, videos & pictures)

Hi There I had reviewed the website and its performance. I would suggest you to change your hosting to either wp-engine or siteground. The godaddy server is bit slow. I see you have lots of images and the page size is around 8mb. This needs to be fixed as well I have 9+ years of hands-on experience efficiently coding websites and applications.
