I would like a web app created

I would like a web app created. I would like the program in HTML 5. It is a simulation of board game. The game must be graphically depicted based on file I will provide. The game also has sound effect when actions attacking the game have tutorial give player his/her choice at each phase. The rules for the board game are attached. The person visiting the website will be live player. The must be 3 other A.I players are doing as A.I player take turns the gave cannot be saved in the middle of the game to resume later. In the game all players place dice in difference space of the board. All player (live and A.I) place dice in turn other until all active dice are placed. Then those spaces resolve the action in other from space 1 to space 8. Each space has his own special rules. In the rules D4 refers to a die with 4 sides (1 through 4) D6 refers to a die with 6 sides and so on details rules are attached but this is general idea. 1 Roll the placed die compare to monster number if equal to or greater the monster is defeated and the player gain gold. Gained crystals can augment dice rolls. 2 players can place a die and change the turn other for players. 3 players can gain crystal or gold. 4 player can replace current die with better die etc
