CMS theme/plugin advice for model diectory

I want advice on a good combination to build a Model directory CMS Wordpress,Joomla,Drupal Plugins required can be premium but prefer one with a free trial so I can get the site up and running first Theme prefer free but adaptable would like to be able to pace a slider in header also right hand side, footer and possibly header widget space header mainly for slider Features needed: Easy use user admin ability to have both free and premium accounts with auto billing PayPal is sufficient but other gateways would be good. ability to show featured members (premium) first and in specified spots front page and possibly slider at top of listing. Geo posting/searching Country/state/city are very important possibly by postcode/zip but not so important Ability for models to but various prices in hourly,daily,weekends ect Ability for model to put in personal details height,weight,sizes,hair colour these should be predefined from the main admin Template/plugins should work well together so I have a lot of flexibility in designing the site including things like use to sidebar widgets to display some of the models details. I am hoping the winning bidder is someone who has made a site or ad one made for them and can give me a URL so I can see a finished website please say in proposal if you can. If you do not have a URL you can supply I will not see the job finished until I have set up the site to be functional. please add Aqua456 to the start of the proposal so I know you have read the briefing
